Summary

AHEAD Network participates in the WHO-HARVARD medical school workshop on health systems strengthening for Universal health coverage -DUBAI 2017.
This four-day workshop is designed for policy makers, academics, hospital and health system leaders and health professionals with an interest in Health Systems. Its overall goal is to discuss the health system opportunities and challenges for MENA countries to deliver high quality, safe, and affordable health care to its citizens.
This comprehensive workshop will cover a variety of topics including universal health coverage, health systems concepts, financing healthcare and health information systems and technology using models from within and outside the MENA regions. Healthcare leaders, professionals, and policy-makers from the MENA region are encouraged to attend.
The workshop is sponsored by The World Health Organization, the Dubai Harvard Foundation for Medical Research and the Harvard Medical School Center for Global Health Delivery-Dubai.
The workshop will run from Thursday, November 9, 2017, through Sunday, November 12, 2017, and will be held at the  Fairmont Dubai hotel, Sheik Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE (https://aws.passkey.com/go/harvardfoundation)
