This is very interesting and highlights other equally important health determinants.  Key is what we mean by quality and how is it measured.

I totally agree with Hala. Future research should better define and identify what is meant by “institutional quality” and how it is “quantified” and “measured”. The lack of appropriate and adequate data for empirical analysis remains the main challenge in this area of research.
It would be great to explore this issue further.
